It seems hard to find time to floss.
I don't think you can do everything and I'm not convinced we are supposed to. We especially can't do everything "well" all the time, at least not when trying to do it all. Something or someone will suffer.
A friend once told me you can only do 1 or maybe 2 things successfully in life and being a wife and mother are 2 really big things.
I used to think if I could fit it into a paper schedule, showing how every 15 minutes of my day would be spent, it meant I could do it all. Ha! Life doesn't work that way. You need time to recover and flexibility for your family and friends and some spontaneity.
When you do begin planning your schedule, please consider what Modern Mrs. Darcy has to say about 3 Time Management Rules when creating a schedule.
Also, don't be afraid to delegate to your kids and spouse. This is hard for most moms because they know that the job won't get done the same way they would do it, but it's a great chance for kids to learn how to do something new and gain responsibility. Even a 3 or 4 year old can pick up toys or wipe down a table. We have a chore chart for our kids to earn stars and quarters depending on the work done. We use these chore chart pictures from Homeschool Creations. This can also lead right into money management lessons for your kids as well as understanding that hard work earns money.
Finally, don't stress! Trying to do too much and being frustrated and snapping at everyone around you is no way to live. Try a schedule out and then be willing to edit it throughout the day. An example of my "schedule or plan" for the day is a broad list of things to possibly get done.
1. Things that I must get done
2. Things I want to get done
3. Things I wish would get done
4. Things I can dream would get done if the stars align perfectly!
